Best sleep ever!!
I work third shift and have an awful time not only getting to sleep, but staying asleep. These gummies really help and I wake up rested not groggy. I did have some pretty vivid dreams when I first started taking them but those have settled down. These gummies have been a lifesaver for me.

I like the gummies but I’m not crazy about the new flavor. I prefer the previous older square version. The newer gum drop shape works too, I just don’t like the flavor.
