My first time with dummies. These don't stick to crowns, which is great. They have a good taste which I wasn't sure about. The melatonin is mild but it does help relax me more for sleep. No grogginess in the morning.

I take one of these sleep gummies per night and I find it helps me sleep more soundly. I find if I take 2 I don't really get any added benefit. The only slight negative is a get heartburn.
