Make Your Favorite CBD Coffee Drink

If you’re stuck and wondering where to begin, we’ve put together a couple of simple coffee recipes that are sure to heat up the happiness factor.

Smooth Whipped CBD Coffee

Even though this recipe may be a little more work than your average cup of coffee, it’s definitely worth your time and effort. For this brew, whisk together one tablespoon of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. After the mixture is dissolved and uniform, add in a dropper-full of FAB’s full-spectrum 600mg or 1200mg vanilla CBD oil. The amount of CBD you put into your whipped coffee will depend on how used to it you are. As with any CBD oil, the best rule of thumb is to start low and go slow.

  • Strong Coffee or Espresso
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Drinking Chocolate
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar or Other Natural Sweetener
  • ¼ to ½ Cup of Creamer
  • 15mg, or a dropper-and-a-half, of FAB’s 300mg full-spectrum CBD oil in mint flavor

Preparation: 

  • If you have the machine, make a double shot of espresso. If not, then brew a strong cup of regular coffee. Set aside.
  • Pour the drinking chocolate and sugar into a large coffee mug.
  • Incorporate the CBD oil into the drinking chocolate.
  • Pour the espresso or the strong coffee into the drinking chocolate and stir.
  • In a separate mug, heat the creamer for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Pour the heated creamer into the drinking chocolate mixture.
  • Finally, blend everything together with a milk frother for a fun, foamy finish.

In all of your busy-ness, have you ever just taken a moment to reflect on what exactly it is that truly makes you happy? There are lots of ways that you can do this. The best way to start is to think about carving out some time in your day for reflection. For most of us, this time comes either at the start of our day or at the end of it. When you find the time, sit in a quiet space and think deeply about events, actions, or things that have made you happy throughout your life.

Then, use a notebook to jot them all down. Next, sort out the ones that you will realistically be able to do on a daily or a weekly basis. Don’t stress over the simplicity, or the complexity of what makes you happy. The point is that these are the things that make you happy and there’s no need to question it or pick it apart. Just go with it.

But before you start journaling, we’re going to give you a few suggestions to get you started on your journey to happiness. These suggestions are simple, inexpensive, and fun and easy to do. The goal here is to simply create happiness.

Happy Relaxing Bath

Nothing melts stress away and promotes happiness better than a nice, hot, relaxing soak in the tub. Turn your bath into your favorite spa getaway with some epsom salt, essential oils, CBD oil, candles, soft, fluffy towels, and soft music. The simple act of treating your body to a therapeutic, mood-boosting soak in the tub will bring you immeasurable amounts of happiness.

First, set the scene. Dim the lights and light your candles. For extra happiness, pick candle scents that make you feel both relaxed and happy. CBD Banana Parfait Trifle

This dreamy, creamy dessert will brighten up your summer day! Add in some CBD oil and you have one delightful dessert on your hands. Not only is this dessert easy to make, it’s also guaranteed to make you happy.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Package Instant Banana Pudding Mix
  • 2 Cups Cold Milk
  • ½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Ripe Bananas, Sliced
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1 Dropper Full of FAB’s 300mg Full-Spectrum Vanilla CBD Oil

Preparation:

  • Make pudding according to package directions using the 2 cups of cold milk, and adding in the CBD oil.
  • Place graham cracker crumbs in the trifle dish. Top the crumbs with some of the pudding. Next, layer on banana slices. Repeat layering until you reach the top of the trifle dish.
  • Garnish with whipped cream.


Sweet and Cool CBD Watermelon Berry Popsicles

Nothing is more refreshing than a watermelon on a hot summer’s day. What’s more, nothing brings more happiness than a good old-fashioned popsicle. Now, you can combine the two for maximum happiness. Add in some CBD, and you’ve got yourself a treat!

Ingredients: 

  • 4 Cups of Cubed Fresh Watermelon
  • ½  Dropper of FAB’s 300mg Full-Spectrum Berry CBD Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey, Optional

Preparation: 

  • Blend watermelon, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into a sieve in a bowl and squeeze the mixture with a spoon so that the juice comes through
  • Mix the watermelon juice and the CBD oil together and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into four medium-sized popsicle molds and place in the freezer until solid.
